Ranked on delivery, not on opinion — how often work lands inside the days promised, with the number of jobs delivered breaking ties. Client rating is shown alongside, but never decides the order.

How to read this
On-Time Rate is the share of delivered posters finished within the days promised when the job started. Abandoned jobs are left out of it — they were never delivered — but are counted in their own column. Client Rating is the mean of the quality, communication and timeliness scores, with the number of reviews in brackets. A rating drawn from only a few reviews moves a lot on one more review, which is why the order does not depend on it.
